Your company may choose any available booth number 1-13 or wait for us to assign you a booth placement.

Reminder: Each attendee will be given a sponsor card. Rules are that each person has to get their card stamped by every sponsor in order to recieve a chance at the large raffle. This ensures that people will visit your booth and must interact with your representative to recieve a stamp. (Stamps are provided by TeraTech)

Sponsors are located along the hallway between rooms, in front of the lobby and balcony, and the Internet Cafe. The Internet Cafe is a popular place for attendees to sit, enjoy coffee, and use their laptops. We expect the maximum amount of traffic through the areas highlighted above.

Each table provided is 6 feet long. Large displays are allowed in booths 12 & 13. If you have a custom booth please contact us to ensure the size is within our standards.
